The group of companies has a broad spectrum of production processes at its disposal. This includes CNC milling, CNC turning, flat and circular grinding, honing and thread rolling. In sheet metal forming, this is supplemented by laser cutting, bending and edge and robot welding. In fibre reinforced plastics, tailored fibre placement opens up new possibilities. The production process combines system development and component manufacture. Ready-to-install systems and assemblies can be assembled from individual components.

Metal work pieces and assemblies
Ohnhäuser GmbH was founded in 1965 and is the eponym of the ohnhaeuser company group. The aerospace supplier certified in accordance with DIN EN 9100:2003 (technically equivalent to AS 9100 and JISQ 9100) and DIN ISO 9001:2008 employs over 200 people.

Fibre-reinforced plastics
Composed Materials Ohnhäuser GmbH works in the area of the automated and efficient manufacture of textile, custom-made and reinforced structures appropriate to the type of duty (preforms) for high-duty lightweight components made of fibre-reinforced plastics.
All high-duty fibre materials such as carbon, aramid, glass and basalt, in addition to natural and synthetic fibres, can be processed reproducibly by means of economical series production, into complex and near-net-shape preforms with a very high degree of prefabrication.
